I live in the tropical island of Singapore, where there are 3 seasons: hot, very hot, and VERY VERY HOT! ;)

This site came about as a result of my personal experience in the fight against acne.

You see, ever since my teenage years, I had to face the barrage of acne attacks that plagued most teenagers.

Of course, not wanting to let acne ruin my life (both in and out of school), I began searching for solutions.

I've tried changing my diet, using different skin care products, taking anti-acne vitamins, doing more exercises etc, all to get rid, and prevent acne from even getting started on my face in the first place!

Of course, some methods worked, some didn't. As time progressed, I took notice of which kinds of treatments worked, and which were simply bull-... ok, you know the end of that word :p

Even up till today, as I'm several years into my working life, I still practice a fixed skin care regime, watch what kinds of food I eat, and use only products I trust. It's become my daily routine...and most important of all, it's working for me.

Then sometime in 2004, a friend of mine suggested I make use of what I've learnt in this journey, and start a site like he did.

I figured, there must be countless other people out there who are like me, suffering from acne problems, and having a hard time looking for the right answers.

And this friend of mine also suggested that while I'm at it, I might as well talk about wrinkles too (yeah, I'm quite an outdoor person, and I did have some issues with wrinkles, even though I'm not even 30!).

So what I did was take a good look at what I had learnt, did some more research, and condense all that info into Acne And Wrinkle Treatments Guide.

That's why this site is all heart, no hype.

I insist on getting one thing clear now though: I'm no computer whiz, internet guru, html geek, or internet marketing expert!

Everything you see in this site, ONLY THE CONTENT CAME FROM ME. Yep, you read it right.

What do I mean? You see, all the design of the website, the layout, the font, the optimization of the pages, the submitting of the pages to search engines, looking for other related, quality sites to do link exchange etc, is all done automatically by SBI.

What's the point
Yes, this is an information site, not exactly your "shopping mall" type of site (besides, I don't even have my own products to sell). Despite that, I can still earn a decent living from this website even though I'm just writing and writing and writing about what I'm interested in, or what I'd be happy to do more research about. How? By recommending solutions from others who do sell things.

Believe it or not, by simply adding good content constantly (and with some help from SBI on the technical part), my site ranks better and better at the search engines, people come to my site from there, and some go on to evaluate other people's offer that I recommend, and I get paid.

There's even proof that this really works.

Absolutely! You can write about ANYTHING under the sun! Think about what your passion is, what your hobbies are, where your interest lies. What are you good at? What do people ask you for advice about?
